모든 주얼리들은 단 하나씩만 만들어집니다.

 • 아트 제품 특성상 교환/환불 불가합니다.

 • 도자기는 높은 온도에서 구워진 만큼 부식의 위험이 없고 오래가며 스크래치나 작은 손상에는 강하지만,

   높은 곳에서 떨어뜨리거나 강한 힘이 가해졌을때 부러지거나 깨질 수 있는 특징이 있습니다. 

   조심히 다뤄주시고, 특히 몸에 착용하고 있지 않을 때에는 각별한 주의가 필요합니다.  

• 부자재 결함 또는 유리알이 빠진 경우는 수리 가능하지만 (보증서 지참), 도자기 파트가 파손 된 경우 복구 불가합니다.

• 배송비: 무료 / 우체국 택배 (배송기간 평균 2-3일)

• 무통장 입금을 하실 경우, 24시간 내에 입금하지 않으시면 주문이 자동 취소됩니다.  

• 주문시 입력한 입금자명과 실제 입금자의 성명이 반드시 일치 하여야 합니다.

  비회원 주문인 경우, 주문번호와 승인번호(카드결제시)를 꼭 메모해 두시기 바랍니다.

• Due to the nature of the art products, we do not accept exchange or refund/return requests.

• Ceramic objects are corrosion-resistant and durable against scratches and surface damages.

  However, due to their molecular structure, they are not completely resistant to shattering.

  Please handle them with care, especially when they are not in use.

• Defects in subsidiary materials or missing glass beads are repairable.

  (Broken ceramic pieces can’t be repaired.)

• Free worldwide shipping using express EMS service.  

• All orders will be processed for shipping within 1 -2 business days after placing the order.

  Orders received on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.
